Landscape Clerk of Works
It is becoming increasingly necessary for both commercial property developers and private customers to utilise a Landscape CoW through a project, particularly when a full scale project management service is not required. Regular site visits and reports keep the project on track and ensure a quality end product that will thrive and mature for many years to come. Our clients find that having a Landscape CoW overseeing the preparation and finishing works on site can reduce customer care issues and improve margins with smoother transition to handover giving a higher standard of finish overall.
